The high standards we apply to the manufacturing and packaging of exceptional products for the perfume and cosmetics industry are sustained by the dedication of our teams.

CCI Productions promotes a social policy founded on the values of respect, equality of opportunity and skills development.

We have established an ethics charter and ensure it is applied by every staff member throughout the Group, regardless of their role or their level of responsibility.

This charter comprises three key commitments:

Observing all local conventions and legislation regarding the filing of patents.
When filing patents, respecting the principles contained in the Nagoya Protocol and the Convention on Biological Diversity. By the same token, not filing any patent involving biological resources found in their natural state and/or the traditional knowledge of local populations.
Respecting all local conventions and legislation regarding copyright, trademarks, industrial design (notably by not attempting to obtain intellectual property rights for symbols, items or decorative elements used locally in a traditional and non- protected way).
Observing and guaranteeing the confidentiality of business relationships maintained.
Not divulging any information pertaining to our partners’ knowledge, expertise or intangible assets, whether or not they are the subject of specific protective measures.

Being highly aware of the environmental challenges our industry faces, we guide and support our customers in making responsible choices throughout every stage of product development.

This involves eco-designed formulas and packaging, selective sourcing of raw materials, and recycling of components.
